SECTION 2 – TECHNICAL APPROACH

Consistent Project Management

Good communication, frequent status reporting and on-going dialogue between The OSS Team and the client team are critical to project success. Project status reporting will be provided as required by the client and weekly status meetings will be scheduled to discuss pertinent project information with the state Project managers if needed. A formal executive meeting will be scheduled monthly between client’s management and The OSS Team management teams to review the projects progress and determine strategic direction.

The OSS Team’s strength lies in our understanding and execution of the client mission through the current participation of our technical professional staff in the full breadth of the mission roles of the client.

Regarding Technical capabilities, the OSS Team offers a unique blend of talent in that most of our team members within the Team and as subcontractors has an extensive capability to provide resources in the technical requirements arena. OSS, have vast resources poised to support the client mission.

OSS team has a lot of experience in handling the requirements and assures that we have right approach in providing services to the client which results in best possible results. We have access to lot of social tools. We are using Dice, monster, clearance jobs, LinkedIn, web marketing and OSS website to market Texas State agencies. Our proposed solutions will focus on right team, approach and results.

The OSS Team’s workforce is a stable workforce. All Team members have proven their ability to retain personnel. For example, the composite turnover rate in our offices of the members of the Team over the past year was less than 2%. The Team’s ability to retain personnel minimizes the risk associated with task performance.

The extensive resource base, and redundancy of skill sets within the multiple members of the OSS Team means that the current workload level of any one individual on our staff. Many of the personnel are currently supporting the Federal government under a variety of contracts. The OSS Teams substantial base of technical and professional personnel will be drawn on as needed to augment and support new tasking and surge requirements.
