NOTE: If the product you purchased is under warranty by the manufacturer and is
needing servicing, contact us at 512-255-2424 and we will give you the
information you will need to contact them directly.
Statement of Guarantee
OSS INC guarantees that all services performed will be of professional quality,
conforming to generally accepted data processing practices. Any work produced
by OSS INC which is determined by the Client and OSS INC to be of less than
professional quality will be corrected by OSS INC free of charge. This
guarantee is conditioned on the following: 1) a clear statement of work is
received by OSS INC; 2) there is on-going review of the work in progress by the
client; 3) prompt (normally within two weeks) requirements by the client; 4)
use of client facilities to perform most of the work. This guarantee is limited
to rework of the unsatisfactory product free of charge to the original
specifications and to the amount of effort expended on the original work
product.
